If your Crystal Bowl is damaged during transport we will replace this free of charge and no hassle. As the Crystal Bowls are handspun, minor imperections are common, but do not affect the sound quality.
Broken Upon Arrival:
Take a photo right away with the shipping materials still present (showing the bowl broke upon arrival).
Damaged After Arrival
Once your Crystal Bowl has arrived intact however, we do not offer replacement for accidents. In some form, the crystal bowl is a teacher of mindfulness. We recommened to keep your crystal bowl away fron the edge of tables, pets, etc.
It is safest in the carry case stowed away.
